Lacey CashDirector of Customer Service
Lacey oversees the Customer Service functions of ECCR. Everyday, thousands of people visit ECCR and quite often they have questions. The e-cigarette industry can be confusing and when our readers contact us they can always rely on a positive experience thanks to Lacey.

Lacey began her personal journey with e-cigs in 2009. In search of a way to quit using tobacco, she started vaping and has never looked back. Since that day in 2009, the e-cigarette industry became a passion for her.
Prior to coming to the e-cigarette industry, Lacey worked in customer support in the building industry. Her wide range of customer service experiences working with people from a variety of backgrounds from a long list of different countries enables her to apply a unique level of understanding to what customers experience.
This is especially true for such a new and emerging industry. Lacey is able to give you the benefit of her professional experience and her knowledge of e-cigs and vaping. She is committed to help people on their e-cig journeys.
When not at working, Lacey enjoys spending time with her children, friends, and two very large Great Pyrenees dogs.
